Bobbi Smith
Interim Pastor
Pastor Bobbi also currently oversees our Worship and Youth Ministries. She is happily married to her husband Matt who is her strong supporter and teammate in everything she does, especially within ministry. Together, they have one son, whom they adopted from Ethiopia in 2018.
With a strong desire to make an impact within this world and the community she serves, Bobbi has an enthusiasm not only for youth ministry, but also for music, discipleship, missions, and travel. She desires to continue using all of these gifts to help further God’s kingdom and make a difference in people's lives.

Amy Kauffman
Office and Children's Director
Amy first began attending The Life Center with her family when she was in middle school. After graduating from Ball State University in 2005 with a degree in Elementary Education, she served as the Executive Assistant for a non-profit ministry and local church in Greenwood, IN. In 2011, God led her back to Goshen, where she met her husband Jon and began her ten year teaching career. They married in 2016 and have one daughter. Together they enjoy many outdoor activities, including camping, hiking, and biking!
Amy has always had a passion for the church and a desire to use her gifts to serve staff and members in furthering God’s Kingdom. She is excited to serve in a role that allows her to pursue all both of her passions and be a part of all God is doing in and through The Life Center!

Garry Anglemyer
Willing Hands Ministry Director
Garry Anglemyer works part-time as our Willing Hands Ministry Director. He is married to Kathy, and they have three adult children. Their son, Barry, is married with two kids. Their son, Kelly, lives in Goshen with his wife and son. Their daughter, Bobbi, is married to Matt Smith and they live in Wakarusa with their son.
Garry’s interests are motorcycles! He loves riding and racing motorcycles. His favorite hobby is enjoying his grandkids and granddogs!

Linda Ponce
Treasurer
Linda Ponce has been serving as Treasurer for local churches for years. Upon retiring from her full-time job, Linda began working for The Life Center part-time.
She graduated from National College of Education with a math/elementary education major. In her free time, she enjoys working in her yard and watching her grandchildren. She is married to Armando.

Jon Kauffman
Director of Technology
Jon Kauffman has been serving part-time as the Director of Technology since 2018. Jon also works full-time in the IT Department for Wa-Nee Community Schools.
He is married to his wife Amy and together, they have one daughter. In his free time, Jon enjoys camping, tearing apart old computers, and family trips to the local ice-cream shop!

Matt Smith
Director of Sound
Matt Smith has been serving part-time as the Director of Sound since 2017. Matt also works full-time for Wa-Nee Community Schools.
He is married to his wife Bobbi and together, they have one son In his free time, Matt enjoys working out, spending as much time as possible outdoors, and watching way too many cat videos!
